Use our link or enter DAKE under the PROMO CODE tab; the deposit window then shows “Promotional code used: DAKE”. On our account it added 10% to a $50 card top-up (“Promo code: $4.97 (10%)”); G4Skins’ FAQ and our partner panel describe the standard partner-code bonus as a permanent 5% on every deposit, plus a one-time free Mil-Spec case if you have never used a partner code before. Deposit bonuses don’t expire; with Pay by Skins they are capped at 15% and credited after 8 days. You can use only one partner code at a time and on one account only; skins can be withdrawn after $2 topped up in total and email verification.

Battles on each site

  • Clash.gg: Jackpot, group and “crazy jackpot” modes; you can join an open battle.
  • CSGOEmpire: Case battles next to roulette, coinflip and cases sorted by risk.
  • G4Skins: Two to four players in seven modes, including Underdog and Terminal.
  • Key-Drop: Two to four players or two teams; free battles you join with tickets, one for every $2 topped up at once.
  • Casehug: Two to four players or two teams, also against bots.
  • Hellcase: Two to four players in Classic, Sharing and Reversed modes.
  • CS2Skin: Case battles, plus Royale, a case-battle tournament.
  • CSGOGem: Case battles next to Slide, Double, Mines, Tiles and an upgrader.
  • Rain.gg: Two to six players or teams in Normal, Crazy and Shared modes.
  • Chicken.gg: Live and finished battles are open to everyone, so you can watch before you play.
  • FarmSkins: Farm Zone battles for two to four players or two teams of two.
  • SkinRave: Case battles next to Double, an upgrader and a skin market.
  • RustClash: Case battles, plus case opening, a case creator, Upgrader and Double.

Case battle modes

In a case battle, players open the same cases round by round. In a paid battle each player pays the price of all of them, and in a classic battle the highest total takes every item, from every player. Sites on our list add these modes:

Mode How it works Sites
Team battles Players battle in teams instead of alone. Key-Drop, Casehug, FarmSkins, Rain.gg; Chicken.gg (2v2)
Free battles Key-Drop: you join with tickets. Clash.gg: your free daily level cases can be opened as a battle. Key-Drop, Clash.gg
Battles against bots You can battle bots, not only other players. Casehug
Farm Zone The top drop in each round takes every skin from that round. FarmSkins

Sites also run modes under their own names, shown in the list above. Read each mode’s rules on the site before you join.

Free battles and team battles

Free case battles

Key-Drop and Clash.gg have free battles, each with a catch:

  • Key-Drop gives one ticket for every $2 topped up at once, so the tickets come with deposits.
  • Clash.gg lets you open your free daily level cases as a daily case battle. The first daily cases ask for a small deposit; the rest unlock as you level up. You need to join the Clash Discord. The level 5 case also needs an ID check. Clash.gg can limit daily cases to 5 days in every 30 until you’ve bought a set amount.

Key-Drop fits you if you top up there anyway; Clash.gg if you already collect its daily cases. For free cases you open on your own, see free CS2 cases.

Team battles

Key-Drop and Casehug run battles for two teams, and FarmSkins’ Farm Zone for two teams of two. Rain.gg’s battles are for players or teams, and on Chicken.gg we watched a 2v2 battle. A team battle fits you if you’d rather play on a side than on your own.

Which case battle site fits you

  • Bigger battles: Clash.gg takes 2 to 6 players and Rain.gg 2 to 6 players or teams. The other sites that give a number take two to four.
  • Small stakes: when we checked, open Farm Zone matches on FarmSkins cost $0.29 to $0.59 to join, and open battles on G4Skins ran from $0.25 to $10.60.
  • Watching first: Chicken.gg, where battles are open to watch, and Clash.gg, which shows how many battles are running.
  • Cashing out in crypto: CSGOEmpire, Clash.gg, Chicken.gg, SkinRave and Rain.gg pay out in crypto as well as skins. Hellcase, Key-Drop, Casehug, FarmSkins and G4Skins pay out in skins only, by Steam trade offer.
  • Rust skins: RustClash and RustMagic, below. CS2Skin, a CS2 site, also takes Rust skin deposits.

Do case battles change the odds?

No. Each case in a battle is drawn from the same tickets as a single opening, so every item keeps its chance and the case keeps its house edge. On CSGOEmpire, for example, cases and case battles have the same house edge: 8.8%. On average, each seat gets back what opening the same cases alone would give. What a battle changes is the spread: where the highest total takes everything, you leave with all the items or with none. Try it in our free case battle demo: you against bots, 1v1 up to four players or 2v2, with no money and no sign-up.

Rewards don’t change the draw either. Some sites tie rewards to what you spend on battles. On CSGOEmpire, 25% of the house edge on your case battle bets goes into the pool behind your daily case. On Key-Drop, every cent spent on battles earns 1 XP towards the levels that unlock its daily cases; most of them need level 50 or higher.

Rust case battles

RustClash and RustMagic are Rust skins sites with case battles. Two things work differently there:

  • Prices aren’t in dollars. RustMagic keeps balances in coins; its FAQ says 1 coin equals $0.66. RustClash runs on Gold Coins for play and Gems you can redeem.
  • Getting Rust skins out. Both let you withdraw Rust skins to Steam or cash out in crypto. RustClash’s trades go through only once Steam Guard has been active on your phone for 15 days. On RustMagic, a balance that came from skins is cashed out to crypto at a 20% lower rate.

Before you send Rust skins anywhere, read how Steam holds Rust trades on Rust gambling sites.

Before you join a battle

  • Read the mode’s rules. Check who takes the items, by total or round by round, and what happens in a tie. Our demo splits a tie evenly, but real sites have their own tie rules.
  • Add up the price. In a paid battle every player pays the price of all the cases in it, not just one, so add them up before you join.
  • Check how results are made. Chicken.gg’s battles take their result from an EOS block ID fixed before the round. Our provably fair guide explains how that works and how to check a result.

Case battles are gambling, and on average they return what the cases would, which is less than they cost. Set a budget before you start. 18+ only. Free help is listed on our responsible gambling page.
