Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data DAKEbits (dakebits.com) handles when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it. In short: we don’t ask you for personal data, we don’t sell data, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we are

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and to see how fast our pages load. It runs in your browser without cookies or any identifier, and we see only totals: which pages were opened, from which site or country, on what kind of browser and device, and how long they took to load. We don’t run advertising or social media trackers on the site.
When you go to a casino
Our casino links contain our referral code, so the casino knows you came from us. From then on, the casino’s own privacy policy applies. Casinos’ affiliate programs send us reports so we can be paid; these contain numbers such as sign-ups and deposits and may include a player ID and country, but not your name or contact details.
Who processes data for us
- DigitalOcean: hosts the site on servers in the Netherlands (EU).
- Cloudflare: delivers the site, protects it from attacks, measures visits and page speed (Web Analytics) and forwards email sent to our addresses. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the safeguards set out in its own terms.
- Our email provider: stores the messages you send us.
We don’t sell or rent your data and don’t share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Legal basis
Under the GDPR, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure site and counting how it is used without identifying anyone, on your request when you write to us, and on your consent for any optional cookies (we currently have none).
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Write to privacy@dakebits.com. As we keep almost nothing that identifies a visitor, in most cases there will be nothing to find. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Age
DAKEbits is for adults only (18+, or older where the law of your country requires it). We don’t knowingly handle data of minors.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date below.
