Our CSGOGem code is dake. CSGOGem’s help centre says a referral code gives a 5% bonus on your deposits, up to 100 coins every 24 hours, and its sign-up offer is 3 free cases. CSGOGem is a CS2 case site with battles, Slide, Double, Mines, Tiles and an upgrader. We looked around it on our own account on 21 October 2026.
What the code gets you
CSGOGem’s help article “How to use Referral Codes” says: “A 5% bonus is added to deposits, capped at 100 coins per deposit”, and the bonus resets every 24 hours. Deposits without a code get no bonus, and you play the amount through once (1x) before withdrawing. CSGOGem adds that deposit bonuses can vary by payment method. The free cases came up as a pop-up on our account: “Claim 3 free cases – Limited offer”. CSGOGem’s own texts say you claim them by linking a Discord account, and that 3 more come after an ID check. We haven’t seen the bonus or the cases credited.
How to use the code
- Open CSGOGem with the button on this page and sign up with Steam or email. You must be 18 or older.
- Open Deposit. In the “Apply referral code” box, type dake and press Apply.
- Check that the deposit page shows the 5% bonus as active, then deposit.
- For the free cases, press “Claim free bonus” in the pop-up. You need a Discord account at least 28 days old that has joined CSGOGem’s server.
What we saw on the site
- Seven games: Battles, Slide, Cases, Tiles, Upgrade, Double and the new Mines.
- Double pays 2x on orange or blue and 14x on the gem. The last 100 rounds showed 8 gem, 51 orange and 41 blue.
- Gem cases: you earn gems by playing and spend them on ten cases (2 to 10,000 gems). Each lists its drop chances: in Eternal Fortune, the top item has a 0.035% chance.
- Races: a 5,000-coin daily race and a 30,000-coin weekly race that pays 12,000, 6,000 and 3,400 coins to the top three.
- Chat rain: free coins shared in chat; one rain stood at 30.94 coins with 58 players in. Chatting needs level 10, and the rain a linked Discord account.
Rules worth knowing
- Coins aren’t cash. The terms say they “have no value” outside the games, and all purchases are final.
- 18+. The terms list no blocked countries and leave it to you to check your local law.
- Self-exclusion locks your account for the period you choose; support can’t unlock it early.
CSGOGem deposits and withdrawals
Our deposit page offered cards through Payabl, Zen, Kinguin gift cards, CS2 skins, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller and ten cryptocurrencies, from Bitcoin to XRP. With skins, part of the value is credited at once and the rest after 7 days because of Steam’s trade protection. You withdraw CS2 skins from the marketplace or crypto. CSGOGem says withdrawals are usually processed instantly; crypto then needs network confirmations, and the fee is shown before you confirm. Every deposit must be played through once first, and a daily withdrawal maximum applies. Minimums aren’t published.
CSGOGem KYC: when it asks for ID
CSGOGem can ask for documents if it sees unusual activity or before higher withdrawal limits, and its own messages say some withdrawals need your identity and address checked first. The check covers a government ID matched to a face scan, proof of address and, in some cases, where your money comes from. The help centre says it usually takes a few minutes.
Is CSGOGem legit?
CSGOGem is a working CS2 case site run by a company in Cyprus, and its footer dates it to 2016. It doesn’t state a gambling licence, and Poland blocks it as illegal gambling.
- Licence. None stated. The operator is GEMIFY LABS LTD (HE C464965) in Limassol, Cyprus.
- Fairness. CSGOGem says results are provably fair: cases use server and client seeds, battles a public EOS block hash. Our provably fair guide explains how to check one.
- Where it’s blocked. Poland lists csgogem.com among illegal gambling domains.
- Your balance. Coins have no value outside the site. You withdraw skins or crypto after playing your deposits through once.
- Reviews. On Trustpilot, CSGOGem has a TrustScore of 3.5 out of 5 from 282 reviews, and 36% of them give one star (checked 21 October 2026).
- Compared with other sites. Are there any legit CS2 case sites?: licences, regulator bans and Trustpilot scores side by side.
Where regulators block it
Poland’s Ministry of Finance has listed csgogem.com in its register of domains offering gambling illegally since 7 February 2025, and Polish internet providers block it. We don’t show CSGOGem’s offer in Poland.
