Legit crypto casinos
We cover 5 crypto casinos. On Trustpilot, none scores 4 or higher and 2 score below 3, and Trustpilot hides the score of 1 site for breaking its guidelines or its rules. 5 hold a licence we found active in the regulator’s register. 3 are on at least one European regulator’s blocklist or ban list.
Trustpilot scores, 19 October 2026
TrustScore out of 5, as Trustpilot shows it on each company’s page. Trustpilot says some of these companies invite their own customers to review, which tends to bring in happy customers; the share of one-star reviews shows the other side. Scores change; we check them monthly.

- * BC.Game: Trustpilot hides its TrustScore: it says the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines.
Regulators: the blocklists and decisions of Denmark, Poland, Norway, Czechia, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, the Netherlands and Türkiye, as listed on each site’s code page with the source. Other countries weren’t checked. Licence “active in the register” means we found it in the regulator’s own register.
What “legit” can mean for a crypto casino
For a crypto casino, legit usually means three things: a licence you can find in the regulator’s own register, withdrawals that arrive, and terms that don’t change after you win. A Curaçao or Anjouan licence is real, but it doesn’t make a casino legal in a country that requires its own licence, and several European regulators ban or block the casinos below.
How to check a crypto casino yourself
- Check the licence yourself. A logo in the footer proves nothing. Open the regulator’s own register and look for the site’s domain and company; our licence guide shows how. Many skin sites hold no gambling licence at all.
- Check your country. If your regulator blocks a site, it is illegal to offer there, and your balance can get stuck. Every code page on DAKEbits lists the countries a site turns away or that block it.
- Read the one-star reviews, not the score. On Trustpilot, the complaints show what goes wrong: held withdrawals, ID checks after a win, closed accounts. A company that invites its own customers to review gets more happy ones, and Trustpilot hides the score of companies that break its guidelines.
- Start with a small withdrawal. The real test of a site is taking money or skins out, not putting them in.
- Know when it asks for ID. Most crypto casinos let you play without documents and ask for them later, often at your first big withdrawal. Our ID checks table shows when each one asks, and the no KYC list sorts them by it.
- Read the bonus terms. Wagering decides whether a bonus is worth anything; our wagering calculator shows what it costs on average.
Hacks we know of
Crypto casinos keep part of their funds in online “hot” wallets, and attackers go after them. Duelbits was hacked twice, in February 2024 and on 24 September 2026, when an attacker drained its hot wallets and its co-founder put the loss at about $7 million. BC.Game said an attacker took $4,326,700 from it in March 2026. Details and sources are on each casino’s code page.
