Terms of use

These terms apply when you use dakebits.com. By using the site you agree to them.

What DAKEbits is

DAKEbits is an information site about crypto casino bonus codes. We are not a casino: we don’t take bets or deposits, hold money or run player accounts.

Age and local law

The site is for adults only: 18+, or older where the law of your country requires it. Online gambling is restricted or illegal in many places, and it is your responsibility to check that it is legal where you live. We hide casino buttons in countries a casino says it doesn’t accept, but we can’t guarantee that this always works. Don’t use a VPN or any other way around a casino’s country restrictions: that breaks the casino’s rules, and you can lose your winnings.

Our information

We check codes and terms ourselves and show the date of the last check, but casinos change their offers often and we can make mistakes. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice. Always read the casino’s own terms before you deposit; the casino’s terms are the ones that apply.

Casino sites and our links

Casinos listed on DAKEbits are independent companies. We don’t run them and aren’t responsible for their games, payments, account decisions or support. Questions and complaints about an account go to the casino, and then to its regulator if it has one. When you sign up through our links, the casino may pay us a commission; it costs you nothing. More in our affiliate disclosure.

Gamble responsibly

Gambling can be addictive. Set a budget, never chase losses, and stop when it stops being fun. If you need help, see our responsible gambling page.

Our content

The texts, screenshots and illustrations on DAKEbits belong to us. You may quote short parts with a link to the page; please ask before copying more. Casino names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to show which casino we mean.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from gambling, from using a casino you found here, or from relying on information on this site.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Questions: partners@dakebits.com.
