CSGOEmpire in short

A good fit if you play CS2 roulette, cases or case battles with skins or crypto, want crypto withdrawals that arrive quickly, and play often enough for the daily case and the bonus cases to add up.

Look elsewhere if you live in one of the 45 countries it doesn’t accept, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia; if you want slots, crash or blackjack; or if you want to deposit skins instantly, because a skin deposit waits for another player to buy it.

What CSGOEmpire is

CSGOEmpire is one of the oldest CS2 skin sites, online since 2016. Wikipedia names Ossi Ketola as its founder; he started Duel.com in 2025. Moonrail Limited B.V. runs it under licence OGL/2024/1183/0869 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. You play with Empire Coins, which the help centre puts at about $0.61 each, and you get them by depositing skins, crypto or, in some regions, cash. The site comes in 19 languages.

Our experience on CSGOEmpire

We have played on CSGOEmpire since about 2017, mostly roulette, and our account is at level 54. What stood out over the years:

• Crypto withdrawals were fast. A withdrawal of 1,384.63 coins in 2021 arrived almost at once.
• Skin withdrawals took 5–10 minutes. The marketplace is peer-to-peer, so some skins come from other players rather than bots. In March 2024 two knife withdrawals didn’t go through, and the coins came back to our balance by themselves: one within a minute, the other after about half an hour.
• Skin deposits need a buyer. Depositing a skin means selling it to another player, so you wait or lower the price. We also deposited crypto, in USDT and Ethereum; a USDT deposit came in at about 0.61 USDT per coin, the rate the help centre gives.
• Support answered in 6–7 minutes, sometimes faster. Harder questions took longer, and support said so.
• What we liked most was roulette and case battles. What annoyed us was the wait on skin deposits and the bonus case cooldowns.

On 20 October 2026 we opened a Silver bonus case: it gave an XM1014 | CaliCamo worth 0.03 coins, the most likely item in that case, and the next Silver case was locked for 3 hours.

CSGOEmpire games and what they keep

CSGOEmpire’s own games are roulette, coinflip, cases and case battles; its fairness page lists exactly these, plus the bonus and daily cases. There is also match betting on esports and a skin marketplace. There is no crash, blackjack, mines, upgrader or slots: a simple three-reel slots game existed in 2017–2018 and is long gone.

Roulette has three bets: CT and T pay 2x and the dice slot pays 14x. Cases are sorted into low, medium and high risk, from small cases to ones costing more than 25,000 coins. The house edge comes off every bet, so the more you play, the more of it you pay: coinflip keeps the least, cases the most.

CSGOEmpire bonuses

• A free gift case for new players with our code xcod, worth 0.01 to 2,050 coins: one per IP address, for new players or anyone who hasn’t bet in 30 days. If you use our code, CSGOEmpire pays us 30% of its house edge on your bets after bonuses (not on match bets); the odds you play against are the same with any code.
• A daily case. 25% of the house edge on your bets goes into a pool, and every 24 hours you can open a case worth 5% of it or take 90% of that in coins. It works like rakeback: you get part of the house edge back.
• Bonus cases. Levels give keys to seven tiers of case, from Rust to Unbreakable. A Rust case is worth 0.015 coins on average and an Unbreakable one about 10,012, but Unbreakable starts at 4.2 billion XP, about 42 million coins bet on roulette. • Leaderboard races pay the players who wager the most during a race; coinflip doesn’t count.
• No fixed deposit bonus. With a referral code the cashier may show lower card fees or a bonus on gift-card deposits, and free bets on match betting come only with occasional promotions.

Cash and crypto deposits must be wagered once before a crypto withdrawal.

CSGOEmpire deposits, withdrawals and ID checks

You can deposit CS2 skins, peer-to-peer, and eleven cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, USD Coin, Tether, TRON, BNB, Solana, XRP and Dogecoin, with no minimum for crypto. Cash options depend on your region; with the region set to Panama we saw cards, PayPal, Skrill, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and more. Withdrawals go out as skins, in the same eleven coins, or as cash through Swapped.

CSGOEmpire usually asks for ID and proof of address after about 4,500 coins withdrawn in crypto, or earlier if its security checks flag the account.

CSGOEmpire support and security

Support answered us within 6–7 minutes. Turn on 2FA in your profile: tipping and withdrawing coins then need a 6-digit code from an app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Authy, and you keep a recovery code. CSGOEmpire also warns about fake Steam sign-in pages: a real one is on steamcommunity.com and opens as a separate browser window. CSGOEmpire licence and regulators

Moonrail Limited B.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1183/0869. The certificate behind the seal in the site’s footer shows it as active, and on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s licence list of 14 October 2026 it is marked “Assessment in progress”, as are Howl.gg and Duelbits. A Curaçao licence doesn’t make the site legal everywhere:

• Denmark’s gambling authority had csgoempire.com blocked by court order in March 2019 and again in July 2023.
• Sweden’s Spelinspektionen banned Moonrail Limited B.V. from offering games there in November 2023.
• Czechia has listed csgoempire.com among illegal gambling sites since September 2024, and Poland and Norway block it.
• CSGOEmpire’s own settings exclude 45 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Australia. The full list is on our CSGOEmpire code page.
