Our Lis-Skins referral ID is 136035. It is built into the link behind the button on this page. Lis-Skins is a skin marketplace for CS2, Dota 2 and Rust: you sell skins for real money or buy skins with your balance. It is run by In-Game Solutions PTE. LTD in Singapore and says it has worked since 2017. We signed in and checked the site on our own account on 18 October 2026.
What the link gets you
Nothing extra at sign-up. Lis-Skins has no new-player bonus; its FAQ says it gives no free bonuses, only the referral programme, promotions and giveaways. The link connects your account to us: under the referral programme, the person who invited you earns 2% of your sales.
How to use the link
- Open Lis-Skins with the button on this page. Referral links count for people who don’t have a Lis-Skins account yet.
- Choose “Log in via Steam”. There is no separate sign-up form and no code field.
- Make your Steam inventory public, add your trade link, then pick skins to sell, or top up to buy.
What we saw on the site
- Three games: CS2, Dota 2 and Rust, for both selling and buying.
- Payout options depend on the country you pick. On our account the sell page offered the Lis-Skins balance, Visa and Mastercard cards, and more than 14 crypto options.
- A delayed payment date. For a standard sale the sell page showed “Payment date: after 25.10.2026, 22:00”.
- Two delivery types when buying: instant (the trade comes right away and you have 10 minutes to accept it) or up to 12 hours. Items come from Lis-Skins’ own accounts and from partner sites.
- Top-ups through PayDo or crypto: Tether, USD Coin, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, BNB, Bitcoin Cash and XRP, with minimums from $0.01 in Tether to $9.30 in BNB. Deposited money can only be spent on skins; it can’t be withdrawn.
Lis-Skins fees
Lis-Skins doesn’t publish a fee table. Its terms say the fee depends on the payment method and is shown with the final amount before you confirm, with no hidden fees. Its FAQ adds that its prices are a little lower than on Steam because you get real money, not Steam wallet funds.
Selling skins on Lis-Skins
- The 8-day hold. CS2 skins fall under Steam’s Trade Protection, so a standard sale is paid after 8 days.
- Instant Sale credits your Lis-Skins balance right after the trade, for buying CS2 skins.
- Instant Payout sends money to your card or crypto wallet at once if you have passed KYC, sold at least $50 on the site, and the deal fits your limit. In February 2026 the FAQ set the limit at 10% of your total sales, up to $250.
- Reversing a sale during the hold cancels the deal without payment.
- Minimums and timing: the minimum deal is $1, and some payout methods have their own minimum of $2 or $5. Most payouts take 1–3 minutes; card payouts can take up to three business days.
Rules worth knowing
- 18+ only, one Lis-Skins account per person and per Steam account. No one else’s trade link or account.
- No refund if you reverse a purchase trade – a rule since 25 October 2025.
- Not a gambling site. Lis-Skins says it is not related to online gambling, and it states no gambling licence.
- No country list. The terms name no blocked countries; Lis-Skins checks users against sanctions lists.
Lis-Skins KYC: when it asks for ID
Logging in only needs Steam. Instant Payout needs KYC, and Lis-Skins can ask for ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method before any withdrawal.
Is Lis-Skins legit?
Lis-Skins is a skin marketplace, not a gambling site: it buys and sells CS2, Dota 2 and Rust skins. It is run by In-Game Solutions PTE. LTD in Singapore and says it has worked since 2017. CS2 sales are paid after Steam’s 8-day hold, and money you top up can only buy skins.
- Getting paid. Most payouts take 1–3 minutes; card payouts can take up to three business days.
- Instant Payout. It needs KYC and at least $50 in past sales. In February 2026 the limit was 10% of your total sales, up to $250.
- Fees. There is no fee table: the fee depends on the payment method and is shown with the final amount before you confirm.
- Identity checks. Lis-Skins can ask for ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method before any withdrawal.
